After a defensive mix-up in Reizer FC's zone, Robustiano Vimaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Beliran came out of the goal and Robustiano Vimaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Marco Mouricio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Beliran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Mouricio in the 23rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Reizer FC defense, Marco Mouricio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ismael Beliran. The Reizer FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ismael Beliran should have stopped the shot. Cipriano Berenguer came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Everardo Cordeiro could save by the left post. Reizer FC's Ismael Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Mouricio in the 38th minute of play. Ismael Beliran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robustiano Vimaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Reizer FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. LA GUARDIA IMPERIAL were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
