Spectators: 6686 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 0) RN5's Benigno Eneas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Azul y Oro Cris's Adolfo Eneas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Primitivo Urritz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Telo Cisquella lost his temper 6 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Azul y Oro Cris fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 5th minute. Penalty! If Artemio Inguma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uriel Mattin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Primitivo Urritz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primitivo Urritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Mattin in the 14th minute of the match. Manfred Burman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Vincente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ignacio Bastiaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Primitivo Urritz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ignacio Bastiaro ran back to his position shaking his head. Primitivo Urritz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Mattin in the 19th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Vicente Garaona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RN5's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azul y Oro Cris the free kick. Uriel Mattin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Urritz having to interfere. Ignacio Bastiaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in RN5's zone, Uriel Mattin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Urritz came out of the goal and Uriel Mattin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Uriel Mattin struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Primitivo Urritz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azul y Oro Cris. RN5's Primitivo Urritz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Mattin in the 29th minute of play. Uriel Mattin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Primitivo Urritz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Mattin in the 34th minute of play. When Mauro Frichoso fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azul y Oro Cris's protests and gave Mauro Frichoso a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Azul y Oro Cris's Mauro Frichoso got a free kick in the 35th minute. Uriel Mattin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Primitivo Urritz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primitivo Urritz came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Azul y Oro Cris's Uriel Mattin. But to his dismay, Uriel Mattin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uriel Mattin to strike the kick off in the second half. Uriel Mattin struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Primitivo Urritz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azul y Oro Cris. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uriel Mattin got free with Primitivo Urritz in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Uriel Mattin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Urritz having to interfere. Mauro Frichoso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Primitivo Urritz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. After having played for 67 minutes, Uriel Mattin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azul y Oro Cris's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uriel Mattin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Mauro Frichoso came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Azul y Oro Cris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Frichoso couldn't finish the play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the match, RN5's goalkeeper Primitivo Urritz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacio Bastiaro. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Mauro Frichoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azul y Oro Cris's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Frichoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Primitivo Urritz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vicente Garaona kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When Ignacio Bastiaro came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Azul y Oro Cris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Bastiaro couldn't finish the play. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
