After a rather tough play, Deportivo Martes's Alvaro Sugoi got a free kick in the 9th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvano Baudelio during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th minute, Silvano Baudelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvaro Sugoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ildefonso Gil having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Sugoi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ildefonso Gil was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Alvaro Sugoi took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ildefonso Gil. Ildefonso Gil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Cosmigonon F.C getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Jonas Lando hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Uxio during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Deportivo Martes got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Uxio. Teodoro Joey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvaro Sugoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ildefonso Gil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodoro Joey was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Deportivo Martes got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Baudelio. Rafael Gaxan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Joey in the 54th minute of the match. If Teodoro Joey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 minutes of play, Cosmigonon F.C's Guillermo Demesio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Gaxan was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Adolfo Jakue came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Deportivo Martes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Jakue couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute, Alvaro Sugoi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ildefonso Gil. The goal made the score 1-2. Adolfo Jakue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ildefonso Gil having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Deportivo Martes's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Demesio came free, but Rafael Gaxan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Lando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Cosmigonon F.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Deportivo Martes's performance. The match ended with a win for Deportivo Martes.
