Maman Hatala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Etxatxu having to interfere. A collision led to Club Somisa getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Clemente Feo hit a great ball. Justino Mel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Eleuterio Etxatxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adolfo Mazuste took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bass Van Eeckhout. Bass Van Eeckhout dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Club Somisa's Eleuterio Etxatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maman Hatala in the 16th minute of play. Luciano Maiorga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Etxatxu having to interfere. Club Somisa's Eleuterio Etxatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Maiorga in the 19th minute of play. Maman Hatala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Etxatxu having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Maman Hatala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia Solchu F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Maman Hatala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eleuterio Etxatxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Academia Solchu F.C.'s Luciano Maiorga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eleuterio Etxatxu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Academia Solchu F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Inko came free, but Bass Van Eeckhout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eleuterio Etxatxu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cleto Ibon in the 38th minute. Maman Hatala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Etxatxu having to interfere. Felipe Sotil kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The supporters of Academia Solchu F.C. booed when Club Somisa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Abad didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Maiorga in the 48th minute of play forced Club Somisa's goalkeeper Eleuterio Etxatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luciano Maiorga to strike the kick off in the second half. Bass Van Eeckhout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Inko, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Maman Hatala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luciano Maiorga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Etxatxu having to interfere. Martin Manilan kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Maman Hatala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Eleuterio Etxatxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 minutes of play, Academia Solchu F.C.'s Maman Hatala made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eleuterio Etxatxu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Academia Solchu F.C. booed when Club Somisa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Inko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Somisa's goalkeeper Eleuterio Etxatxu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Martin Manilan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Somisa's Eleuterio Etxatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maman Hatala in the 77th minute of play. After 78 played minutes Club Somisa got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Inko. 82 minutes into the match, Luciano Maiorga notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Club Somisa's Eleuterio Etxatxu. Eleuterio Etxatxu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eleuterio Etxatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Maiorga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Luciano Maiorga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia Solchu F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Maiorga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eleuterio Etxatxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 94 minutes, Maman Hatala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia Solchu F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Maman Hatala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Academia Solchu F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
