When Rafael Errolan fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Academia Solchu F.C.'s protests and gave Rafael Errolan a yellow card for diving instead. After 13 played minutes Academia Solchu F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Errolan. 15 minutes into the match, Academia Solchu F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Elias Gustau came free, but Bass Van Eeckhout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 played minutes Bariloche got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Sustrai. 19 minutes into the match, Bariloche's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Ibon came free, but Ruben Ovando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Academia Solchu F.C. booed when Bariloche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Hats didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cleto Ibon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ruben Ovando having to make a save. Ruben Ovando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maman Hatala in the 25th minute of play. Ruben Ovando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Maiorga in the 26th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bariloche's Cipriano Hats got a free kick in the 36th minute. Maman Hatala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 44 minutes, Luciano Maiorga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia Solchu F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Maiorga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Academia Solchu F.C.'s Cleto Ibon got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maman Hatala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ruben Ovando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luciano Maiorga was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Luciano Maiorga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia Solchu F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Maiorga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
