Ezequiel Cebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Cristian Matei made a huge save. Angelo Liberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Gelmiro in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tafí AFC's goalkeeper Cristian Matei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Angelo Liberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Frechoso in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Gelmiro in the 23rd minute of play forced Piratas CAB's goalkeeper Angelo Liberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Piratas CAB getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Fulgencio Cuartio hit a great ball. Ubaldo Gelmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Liberto having to interfere. In the 30th minute Ubaldo Gelmiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Liberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Casado charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cipriano Casado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tafí AFC booed when Piratas CAB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Casado didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Fulgencio Cuartio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piratas CAB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tafí AFC the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Fulgencio Cuartio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute of the match Joaquin Paz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelo Liberto skillfully saved the ball. Angelo Liberto came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Tafí AFC's Victorio Frechoso. But to his dismay, Victorio Frechoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Victorio Frechoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Liberto having to interfere. Ezequiel Cebo might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristian Matei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ezequiel Cebo ran back to his position shaking his head. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Cristian Matei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Calixto in the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Piratas CAB's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Gelmiro came free, but Angelo Liberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Matei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Cebo in the 62nd minute of play. After 63 minutes, Leon Manuelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tafí AFC and the Piratas CAB players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leon Manuelo kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Cristian Matei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Cebo in the 65th minute of the match. Simon Calixto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Matei didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Piratas CAB's Simon Calixto shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Angelo Liberto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorio Frechoso in the 75th minute. If Ezequiel Cebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Emeterio hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Piratas CAB's Ezequiel Cebo got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Simon Calixto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristian Matei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tafí AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
