Igor Jatsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Leonides Sandaili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hagan algo bultos's Igor Jatsu got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladimiro Furman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emil Velicu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 53rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Vladimiro Furman took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Emil Velicu to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolfo Galtero during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. SC Quarz United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Furman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Adolfo Galtero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Quarz United were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Hagan algo bultos's much stronger midfield.
