After a defensive mix-up in Delicias FC's zone, Efrain Quirze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Santana came out of the goal and Efrain Quirze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 6 minutes into the game, Luisito Chuan lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Omar Santana. Casimiro Manex's late challenge caught a Tatengue FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimiro Manex helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Delicias FC's Casimiro Manex got a free kick in the 14th minute. Omar Santana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luisito Chuan in the 20th minute. Omar Santana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Efrain Quirze's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Tatengue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Hats came free, but Aquiles Otsando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquiles Otsando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomiro Elivareo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Hats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Chuan in the 53rd minute of play forced Delicias FC's goalkeeper Omar Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Luisito Chuan came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Tatengue FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisito Chuan couldn't finish the play. Arnaldo Baumer kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Tatengue FC's Luisito Chuan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omar Santana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aquiles Otsando made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Jacinto Hats sent off a good shot on target. Efrain Quirze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Omar Santana came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Tatengue FC's Luisito Chuan. But to his dismay, Luisito Chuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With a little luck, Tatengue FC's Aquiles Otsando got control of the ball when Jacinto Hats tried to sneak it across the goal line. 82 minutes in the game, Jacinto Hats fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aquiles Otsando having to interfere. Fabian Lugo hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After having played for 84 minutes, Baldomiro Elivareo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Delicias FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomiro Elivareo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aquiles Otsando was a little too slow when Baldomiro Elivareo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 90th minute Efrain Quirze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Chuan in the 91st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tatengue FC had won after a very even match.
