Spectators: 6403 (Terracing: 5403, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Inocencio Naike made the kick off which started today's match. If Leopoldo Etxahun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Palmar's Leopoldo Etxahun got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Luján FC's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Frasco came free, but Marcelino Chago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Siro Frasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Eugenio Donzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelino Chago came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Palmar's Eugenio Donzel. But to his dismay, Eugenio Donzel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Luján FC's Eusebio Pitin got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luján FC's Marcelino Chago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Frasco in the 32nd minute of play. Marcelino Chago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Frasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugenio Donzel in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelino Chago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugenio Donzel was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes Luján FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eugenio Donzel who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Emiliano Garcia heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 61st match minute, Luján FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Transito to maneuver through the defense. Marcelino Chago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Donzel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Palmar defense, Inocencio Naike kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emiliano Monico. The Palmar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emiliano Monico should have stopped the shot. Inocencio Naike received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Emiliano Monico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Eugenio Donzel put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Marcelino Chago. Eugenio Donzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Omar Aznar charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Omar Aznar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th match minute, Luján FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Aznar to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Siro Frasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmar's supporters rose to their feet, but Siro Frasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelino Chago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Siro Frasco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelino Chago having to make a save. Aurelio Leguizamón fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Chago having to interfere. When the match was over Palmar could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Luján FC throughout the match.
