In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Raspa y Gana FC's goalkeeper Honorato Lekubegi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Saturnino Sandaili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvador Derwin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Lekubegi having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Inocencio Chuan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Silvio Martxel notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Chacarita's Edgardo Xabel. Edgardo Xabel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Derwin in the 20th minute of play forced Raspa y Gana FC's goalkeeper Honorato Lekubegi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Jacob fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Lekubegi having to interfere. Edgardo Xabel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvio Martxel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salvador Derwin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 32nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Saturnino Sandaili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgardo Xabel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Martxel in the 37th minute of play. Chacarita's Edgardo Xabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Martxel in the 38th minute of play. Salvador Derwin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Honorato Lekubegi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgardo Xabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Martxel in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 52nd minute, Leo Jacob ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Honorato Lekubegi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Saturnino Sandaili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Edgardo Xabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Silvio Martxel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edgardo Xabel, 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Leo Jacob managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacarita's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Jacob was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Lekubegi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saturnino Sandaili recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute Leo Jacob shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Lekubegi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Jacob received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Honorato Lekubegi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorato Lekubegi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Beltza, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Chacarita's Salvador Derwin got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Raspa y Gana FC booed when Chacarita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Ado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saturnino Sandaili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Xabel having to interfere. Salvador Derwin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorato Lekubegi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Derwin in the 88th minute of play. Salvador Derwin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chacarita's Leo Jacob got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Raspa y Gana FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
