Spectators: 7272 (Terracing: 5456, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gavino Meder got the match started through his kick off. Jose Tancredo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alonzo Lain came out and tried to block the shot, but Jose Tancredo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Leopoldo Azibar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Leopoldo Azibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Capos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Azibar came free, but Godofredo Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godofredo Francesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Baristo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute Leopoldo Azibar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godofredo Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Azibar in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godofredo Francesco saved Capos FC from getting behind. Bernardo Lixandro hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Pascual Baristo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Godofredo Francesco. Capos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pascual Baristo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Akad's Armando Ioritz got a free kick in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Julian Sagrario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Akad the free kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leopoldo Azibar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Capos FC's Godofredo Francesco got control of the ball when Leopoldo Azibar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Akad's Leopoldo Azibar got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Samuel Frasquito's late challenge caught a Akad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Frasquito helped the player get up and apologised. Samuel Frasquito hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Azibar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Godofredo Francesco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gavino Meder struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Alonzo Lain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capos FC. Leopoldo Azibar didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-3 via right post in the game's 75th minute. Akad's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After 81 minutes of play, Akad's Leopoldo Azibar made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Godofredo Francesco was left in no man's land by his defense there! 86 minutes into the match, Capos FC's goalkeeper Godofredo Francesco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingo Abalos. Leopoldo Azibar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Capos FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Akad were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
