Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Victor Abel started the match with the kick off. Lucio Koldobika showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Cai in the 3rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético River Grand's Fernando Frasco got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute of the match Segundo Quilo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucio Koldobika showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético River Grand's goalkeeper Lucio Koldobika, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Victor Abel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardo Ulizes hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Robustiano Ilazki successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ambrosio Piearres hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Erasmo Elazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Robustiano Ilazki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amadeo Cai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 played minutes Club Atlético River Grand got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Nabar. 32 minutes into the match, Amadeo Cai notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Club Atlético River Grand's Lucio Koldobika. Lucio Koldobika was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 40th minute of the match Fernando Egoitz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucio Koldobika skillfully saved the ball. After the first half C.A.Independiente were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amadeo Cai made a kick off. Club Atlético River Grand's Erasmo Elazar suffered a sprained foot after 51 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 51 minutes, Segundo Quilo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.Independiente and the Club Atlético River Grand players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 52nd match minute, C.A.Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Quilo to maneuver through the defense. If Victor Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zacarias Silvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Amadeo Cai kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucio Koldobika. That made the score 0-2 in the 65 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Amadeo Cai managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Independiente's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Cai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucio Koldobika breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucio Koldobika showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Cai in the 74th minute of the match. After 76 minutes, Modesto Nabar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético River Grand and the C.A.Independiente players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of C.A.Independiente booed when Club Atlético River Grand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Nabar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute of the match Segundo Quilo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucio Koldobika skillfully saved the ball. If Victor Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético River Grand's zone, Zacarias Silvino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucio Koldobika came out of the goal and Zacarias Silvino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isaac Vincent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Cai in the 90th minute of play forced Club Atlético River Grand's goalkeeper Lucio Koldobika to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Club Atlético River Grand's Fernando Frasco tried to score from far away in the 96th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The Club Atlético River Grand supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching C.A.Independiente's performance. The match ended with a win for C.A.Independiente.
