Remigio Mergildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ariel Tello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santo Barto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Tello having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's Santo Barto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ariel Tello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 27thth minute of the game Santo Barto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trompul FC's Ariel Tello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's goalkeeper Eulalio Mano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ariel Tello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Barto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Trompul FC defense, Santo Barto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ariel Tello. The Trompul FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ariel Tello should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remigio Mergildo made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Remigio Mergildo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ariel Tello was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Ariel Tello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Mergildo in the 54th minute of the match. Trompul FC's Ariel Tello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Trompul FC from getting a goal against them. If Remigio Mergildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's Angel Quintana got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Amancio Barbosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trompul FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romanticos del Tiki Tiki the free kick. A collision led to Trompul FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Amancio Barbosa hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Trompul FC's Froilan Dolfos got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Benigno Iraido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Remigio Mergildo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ariel Tello. That made the score 0-3 in the 81 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angel Quintana in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Tello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Christian Llorienzo fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's protests and gave Christian Llorienzo a yellow card for diving instead. Christian Llorienzo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When Braulio Pudes fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Trompul FC's Ariel Tello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Barto in the 92nd minute of play. After 92 played minutes Trompul FC got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Dolfos. Ariel Tello was a little too slow when Remigio Mergildo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-4. The Trompul FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Romanticos del Tiki Tiki were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
