Iturraspe's Romulo Jaunzuria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Erramu in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Iturraspe's Adan Quilino got a free kick in the 38th minute. The Beccar fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Beccar's Victorino Palban looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Narciso Cordareo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Victorino Palban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Eliseo Demario came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Beccar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Demario couldn't finish the play. Beccar's Eliseo Demario got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sergio Moise kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. If Victorino Palban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Beccar fully deserved thier win.
