Manuel Olayo's late challenge caught a Luanco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Olayo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Siddharta FC's Manuel Olayo got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After having played for 4 minutes, Federico Galsino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luanco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Galsino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 7 minutes, Federico Galsino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luanco and the Siddharta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 12 minutes, Miguel Damario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 16 played minutes Siddharta FC got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Bento. 19 minutes into the match, Luanco's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Lander came free, but Anibal Xacintu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaston Ikatz kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Baldomero Lander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Luanco's goalkeeper Anibal Xacintu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Anibal Xacintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Damario, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Baldomero Lander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anibal Xacintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Osoitz in the 56th minute of play. Luanco's Anibal Xacintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Osoitz in the 58th minute of play. Anibal Xacintu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Damario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Baldomero Lander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Xacintu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 67th minute, Siddharta FC's Fabian Timo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fabian Timo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Siddharta FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fabian Timo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 71 minutes into the game, Camilo Tipi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Augusto Tercero. Camilo Tipi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Baldomero Lander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Anibal Xacintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusebio Osoitz struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Anibal Xacintu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Siddharta FC. The audience was convinced that Eusebio Osoitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anibal Xacintu was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Baldomero Lander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anibal Xacintu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Baldomero Lander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gaston Ikatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Ikatz in the 95th minute of play forced Luanco's goalkeeper Anibal Xacintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baldomero Lander in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anibal Xacintu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luanco's Anibal Xacintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Lander in the 99th minute of play. Luanco succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Siddharta FC had controlled the match.
