Spectators: 6899 (Terracing: 5526, Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 73) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Americo Firman made the kick off which started today's match. Hipolito Matthew made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Firman in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Alderetes's goalkeeper Hipolito Matthew had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustacio Niva. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Firman in the 6th minute of play forced Alderetes's goalkeeper Hipolito Matthew to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Hipolito Matthew managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Güemes FC's Americo Firman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Americo Firman in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hipolito Matthew saved Alderetes from getting behind. Eustacio Niva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Americo Firman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Güemes FC fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Güemes FC's Americo Firman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Eustacio Niva's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hipolito Matthew firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Americo Firman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hipolito Matthew. That made the score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. Americo Firman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Hipolito Matthew tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Americo Firman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hipolito Matthew. Americo Firman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Robustiano Baraquiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Matthew having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcial Ignado during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Güemes FC booed when Alderetes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Ignado didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eulalio Rufio to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Robustiano Baraquiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Matthew saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hipolito Matthew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustacio Niva, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Melchor Hurko took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hipolito Matthew. Hipolito Matthew dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Hipolito Matthew came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Güemes FC's Robustiano Baraquiel. But to his dismay, Robustiano Baraquiel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Güemes FC's Andres Platon was substituted for Eustacio Niva. In the 63rd minute, Andres Platon made a precise shot to the right of Hipolito Matthew. Alderetes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After taking down the ball on Güemes FC's corner Justo Weather fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hipolito Matthew quite easily take care of the ball. In the 69thth minute of the game Americo Firman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alderetes's Hipolito Matthew was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Güemes FC's Mariano Tonete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Rufio in the 70th minute of play. If Ernesto Enaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hipolito Matthew came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Güemes FC's Americo Firman. But to his dismay, Americo Firman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Hipolito Matthew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Hurko, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Andres Platon made a precise shot to the right of Hipolito Matthew. Alderetes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Americo Firman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Hipolito Matthew tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justo Weather sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Melchor Hurko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes Alderetes got a freekick which was hit by Melchor Stephen. After 89 played minutes, Güemes FC's Robustiano Baraquiel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hipolito Matthew came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Güemes FC reached it. In the 97th minute, Robustiano Baraquiel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Güemes FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
