Spectators: 7248 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jesus Valente took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alberto Macias took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornelio Abeitia. Cornelio Abeitia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Tilcara AFC's zone, Alberto Macias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Abeitia came out of the goal and Alberto Macias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Macias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Cornelio Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Macias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cornelio Abeitia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Alberto Macias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Cornelio Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 33 minutes, Alberto Macias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GDA.Fc.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Macias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 41 played minutes GDA.Fc. got a freekick which was hit by Hector Johans. Hector Guter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Gumaro in the 42nd minute of play. Hector Guter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Valente, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alberto Macias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cornelio Abeitia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Macias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celestino Lordi in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornelio Abeitia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cornelio Abeitia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauro Diagur's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 65th minute, Alberto Macias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th minute Celestino Lordi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Abeitia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornelio Abeitia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Macias in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tilcara AFC's goalkeeper Cornelio Abeitia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th minute Alberto Macias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Abeitia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, GDA.Fc.'s Alberto Macias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cornelio Abeitia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Alberto Macias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tilcara AFC's Cornelio Abeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Macias in the 82nd minute of play. Alberto Macias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Cornelio Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 91 played minutes Tilcara AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Chus. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the GDA.Fc. players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
