Roque Gauargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Raymon in the 18th minute of the match. Ruben Guillem struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Mauricio Chumo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Las Prefiero Morochas. Mauricio Chumo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vinicio Gudesteo in the 27th minute. Roque Gauargi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonatan Raymon went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Jonatan Raymon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roque Gauargi was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonatan Raymon couldn't finish the play. The Las Prefiero Morochas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Luminaires were winning 0-1.

Hilario Gutierrez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Roque Gauargi made a huge save. Mauricio Chumo came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Las Prefiero Morochas's Vinicio Gudesteo. But to his dismay, Vinicio Gudesteo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Vinicio Gudesteo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Chumo having to interfere. Ruben Guillem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonatan Raymon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Roque Gauargi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
