The tension between the Gauss KF and the Pumas de B.Juarez players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pumas de B.Juarez booed when Gauss KF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gauss KF's Aristides Erramu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Geofredo in the 37th minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Serafino Montay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pumas de B.Juarez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafino Montay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

52 minutes in the game, Pablo Asur fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aristides Erramu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Asur in the 59th minute of play forced Gauss KF's goalkeeper Aristides Erramu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabricio Geofredo might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aristides Erramu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabricio Geofredo ran back to his position shaking his head. Aristides Erramu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camilo Matei in the 66th minute of the match. After 67 minutes, Tobias Abechuco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gauss KF and the Pumas de B.Juarez players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gauss KF's Tobias Abechuco got a free kick in the 67th minute. Gauss KF's Aristides Erramu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Asur in the 70th minute of play. Pumas de B.Juarez's Aquiles Polentzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Esquipula in the 74th minute of play. Pumas de B.Juarez played a much better game than Gauss KF and deserved their victory. The Gauss KF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
