Cornelio Elorri hit a great ball. Adolfo Aritza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Vimaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Aritza in the 10th minute of the match. Adolfo Aritza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Goyo in the 14th minute of play forced Avantgarde's goalkeeper Carlos Vimaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Vimaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Goyo in the 15th minute of the match. After 23 minutes, Jonas Gumaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luzuriaga and the Avantgarde players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Luzuriaga getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jonas Gumaro hit a great ball. After 25 minutes, Gualterio Luzea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Avantgarde and the Luzuriaga players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Luzuriaga booed when Avantgarde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Luzea didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Moises Goyo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luzuriaga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Goyo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luzuriaga's Desiderio Oliverio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Luzuriaga from getting a goal against them. In the 34th match minute, Luzuriaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Vito to maneuver through the defense. Avantgarde's Cornelio Elorri got his second yellow card of the match in the 35th minute. The referee ordered Cornelio Elorri off the ground. A collision led to Avantgarde getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Cornelio Elorri hit a great ball. In the 39thth minute of the game Adolfo Aritza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avantgarde's Carlos Vimaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Luzuriaga's Moises Goyo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Vimaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Moises Goyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rene Nafarroa charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rene Nafarroa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Rene Nafarroa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Luzuriaga's Ermegildo Gonsalve broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Desiderio Weterio was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Jacinto Nafarroa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Avantgarde's Desiderio Weterio in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Luzuriaga's goalie prevented a goal. Santos Remir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Desiderio Oliverio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute Avantgarde were awarded a corner. Alfonso Gonzales went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Alfonso Gonzales got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Desiderio Oliverio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Desiderio Oliverio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Weterio in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Santos Remir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Vimaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Goyo in the 70th minute of the match. During the 72nd minute of the match Gualterio Luzea completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gualterio Luzea a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Avantgarde getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Gualterio Luzea hit a great ball. Adolfo Aritza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Carlos Vimaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute Moises Goyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Vimaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Avantgarde's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Moises Goyo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Moises Goyo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luzuriaga's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Goyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Vimaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rene Nafarroa hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Carlos Vimaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adolfo Aritza in the 88th minute. In the 91st match minute, Avantgarde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Remir to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Vimaro made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Adolfo Aritza sent off a good shot on target. Avantgarde's Carlos Vimaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Avantgarde from getting a goal against them. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
