After 20 minutes, Nestor Ubendu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Udaquilla and the Ferrocarril FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Nestor Ubendu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Sanchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Zacarias Resto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zacarias Resto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Marcos Sanchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Udaquilla's Zacarias Resto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Lastur in the 39th minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Marcos Sanchez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferrocarril FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Sanchez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zacarias Resto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcos Sanchez in the 46th minute. Guillermo Vincent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Ibar in the 48th minute of the match.

Zacarias Resto came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Ferrocarril FC's Baldomiro Etxeberri. But to his dismay, Baldomiro Etxeberri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 60 minutes into the match, Ferrocarril FC's Baldomero Lastur sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zacarias Resto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Baldomiro Etxeberri fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ferrocarril FC's protests and gave Baldomiro Etxeberri a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ferrocarril FC's Baldomiro Etxeberri got a free kick in the 64th minute. After having played for 67 minutes, Marcos Sanchez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferrocarril FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Sanchez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Baldomero Lastur came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Ferrocarril FC fans jumped to their feet. But to his dismay, Marcos Sanchez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The Ferrocarril FC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Ferrocarril FC's Baldomero Lastur looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Udaquilla's zone, Baldomero Lastur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacarias Resto came out of the goal and Baldomero Lastur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ferrocarril FC's Baldomero Lastur got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
