Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andres Giro started the match with the kick off. After having played for 2 minutes, Andres Giro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patricios's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres Giro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hector Efren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Aureliano Urtats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andres Giro scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aureliano Urtats, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hector Efren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Urtats having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Los Griegos's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Giro came free, but Aureliano Urtats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lino Jaume made in the 16th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Leopoldo Llorenc immediately put the ball in play. If Santiago Barrionuevo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the game, Andres Giro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Aureliano Urtats was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Sergio Min managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patricios's supporters rose to their feet, but Sergio Min was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aureliano Urtats breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Giro in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aureliano Urtats prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ruben Urbasa's late challenge caught a Patricios's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruben Urbasa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th minute, Ruben Urbasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Jaume made in the 34th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Leopoldo Llorenc. Santiago Barrionuevo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Aureliano Urtats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute Hector Efren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Urtats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Edgard Abascal made the kick off in the second half. Edgard Abascal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Fidele having to interfere. Andres Giro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aureliano Urtats having to make a save. Andres Giro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Patricios's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Patricios made a substitution. Carolo Llorenc replaced Tadeo Mede. Aquilino Nardo made in the 60th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Los Griegos's Esteban Iratze. Andres Giro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Urtats having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Ruben Urbasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Edgard Abascal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolas Fidele. Patricios's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgard Abascal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Edgard Abascal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Edgard Abascal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aureliano Urtats didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hector Efren went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 86th minute, Patricios's Santiago Barrionuevo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aureliano Urtats. Aureliano Urtats yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. After a rather tough play, Los Griegos's Gogo Pio got a free kick in the 89th minute. The supporters of Los Griegos booed when Patricios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Nardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd play minute Hector Efren came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aureliano Urtats. 1-5. Andres Giro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
