Rigoberto Uhin kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Hilario Cordero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Ofelio in the 16th minute of play. If Teobaldo Matxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Teobaldo Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Cordero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustin Romero hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Gaspar Ofelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Cordero having to interfere. Hilario Cordero made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Teobaldo Matxin sent off a good shot on target. Niceto Oliviero kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Teobaldo Matxin managed to get in a good position for a shot. EQUUS F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Teobaldo Matxin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hilario Cordero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agustin Romero hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaspar Ofelio to strike the kick off in the second half. If Teobaldo Matxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Gaspar Ofelio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hilario Cordero was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 61st minute Fermin Cordarryl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Cordero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes Huracan Malbec's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Niceto Oliviero who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Niceto Oliviero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Huracan Malbec's Hilario Cordero did a great save. Gaspar Ofelio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Gaspar Ofelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hilario Cordero came out of the goal and Teobaldo Matxin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Teobaldo Matxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobaldo Matxin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gaspar Ofelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Cordero having to interfere.
