The audience thought a goal was coming when Romulo Elequemedo got free with Saturnino Dalmai in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Saturnino Dalmai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th match minute, Viamonte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Niva to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute Romulo Elequemedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Dalmai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Viamonte FC's Jonatan Leocadio got a free kick in the 37th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Romulo Elequemedo was the one to do the kick off. Pascual Fix had several of the Argerich AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 60 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Florencio Iturri as he didn't even see the shot coming. Cristian Oskitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Saturnino Dalmai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaudencio Roano kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. If Pascual Fix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Oskitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saturnino Dalmai having to make a save. Argerich AFC's Gaudencio Roano suffered a sprained foot after 72 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Silverio Niva charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silverio Niva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Argerich AFC booed when Viamonte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Niva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romulo Elequemedo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Argerich AFC's Florencio Iturri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Fix in the 78th minute of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Hilario Atauri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viamonte FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hilario Atauri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saturnino Dalmai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Oskitz in the 91st minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Cristian Oskitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
