Spectators: 7230 (Terracing: 5424, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesus Jerico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jesus Jerico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Rosio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 minutes, Maximino Clodio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LOS TOTOS and the Candelaria players grew even worse after the yellow card. The long shot by Angelo Benvide in the 31st minute really tested Cleto Baumer's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Silvio Ongile managed to get in a good position for a shot. Candelaria's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Ongile was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Baumer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 46 played minutes Candelaria got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Garcia. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by Candelaria's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carmelo Geofredo was slow to take the kick. During this time LOS TOTOS's players had a chance to rest. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvio Gudesteo to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Bernardino Rosio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jesus Jerico. Bernardino Rosio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. If Bernardino Rosio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Silvio Gudesteo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cleto Baumer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Gudesteo in the 70th minute of the match. If Silvio Ongile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
