Spectators: 7184 (Terracing: 5390, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Osvaldo Matthew got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Matthew dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Richie, 1-0. Gervasio Cheche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13thth minute of the game Ubaldo Txurio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romero FC's Juan Piorno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Ubaldo Txurio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Juan Piorno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Santo Soin hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Henrik Kråk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th match minute Guillermo Mitxaut ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Pedro Richie. 2-2. In the 30th minute of the match, Anacleto Ramond got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Richie was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Rosario Central's Maximino Caradaro got a free kick in the 31st minute. Saturnino Teodor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Romero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Txurio came free, but Juan Piorno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 minutes of play, Rosario Central's Ubaldo Txurio made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Piorno was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Rosario Central were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ubaldo Txurio made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Romero FC's goalkeeper Juan Piorno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Saturnino Teodor kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After 64 played minutes, Romero FC's Zeledon Blasi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Richie came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Romero FC reached it. After a rather tough play, Romero FC's Zeledon Blasi got a free kick in the 65th minute. Gervasio Cheche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Juan Piorno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Txurio in the 69th minute of play forced Romero FC's goalkeeper Juan Piorno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Piorno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Txurio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romero FC's Juan Piorno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Romero FC from getting a goal against them. Henrik Kråk charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henrik Kråk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Henrik Kråk kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Romero FC booed when Rosario Central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Cheche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ubaldo Txurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Piorno having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Rosario Central's Ubaldo Txurio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. 2-5 became the score in the 91st minute when Ubaldo Txurio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the match was over Rosario Central could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Romero FC throughout the match.
