Habana Comunicaciones Clú's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mataderos FC the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raul Eutor during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Raul Eutor kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Bonifacio Ado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herminio Sanson having to interfere. In the 11th match minute, Mataderos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Michael to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Bonifacio Ado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Sanson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mataderos FC's Teo Nayely got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Natalio Herensuge scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herminio Sanson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Herminio Sanson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Ado in the 22nd minute of play. Mataderos FC's Raul Eutor suffered a sprained foot after 24 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 27 minutes into the game, Mataderos FC's Lorenzo Jatsu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zeledon Bela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 31st minute, Teo Nayely ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeledon Bela was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After a rather tough play, Habana Comunicaciones Clú's Braulio Pitin got a free kick in the 42nd minute.

A hard shot 52 in the game by Teo Nayely from a close distance when the talented Zeledon Bela managed to make a qualified save. Habana Comunicaciones Clú's players were relieved. Herminio Sanson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Herensuge in the 53rd minute of the match. Vinicio Michael hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Teo Nayely had several of the Habana Comunicaciones Clú's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 64 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-6 score and a disappointed Zeledon Bela as he didn't even see the shot coming. Teo Nayely received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Zeledon Bela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natalio Herensuge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teo Nayely came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zeledon Bela could save by the left post. In the 82nd match minute, Mataderos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Michael to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Habana Comunicaciones Clú's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Jatsu came free, but Zeledon Bela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Bela came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Mataderos FC's Teo Nayely. But to his dismay, Teo Nayely quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. After having played for 97 minutes, Teo Nayely managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mataderos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Nayely was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
