Leopoldo Rojelio came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Arequito AFC's Osvaldo Andrea. But to his dismay, Osvaldo Andrea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Osvaldo Andrea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Leopoldo Rojelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute of the match Roberto Jerold sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leopoldo Rojelio skillfully saved the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Arequito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Mel came free, but Conrado Abaunza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrado Abaunza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Constancio in the 24th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Martxel notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Deportivo Cabral's Leopoldo Rojelio. Leopoldo Rojelio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 30 minutes into the match, Deportivo Cabral's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Mikeldi came free, but Leopoldo Rojelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Rojelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyril Villeret, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Cyril Villeret notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Deportivo Cabral's Leopoldo Rojelio. Leopoldo Rojelio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leopoldo Rojelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyril Villeret in the 41st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Mikeldi in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leopoldo Rojelio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Filomeno Lain took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leopoldo Rojelio. Deportivo Cabral's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Andres Mikeldi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leopoldo Rojelio firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee felt a red card was in order, 63 minutes into the game, when Roberto Jerold put in a rough tackle. In the 63rd minute, one of Arequito AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Arequito AFC. Conrado Abaunza had in the 65thth minute some difficulties stopping Teo Urtzi's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Arequito AFC's Osvaldo Andrea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leopoldo Rojelio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Conrado Abaunza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Constancio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arequito AFC's Conrado Abaunza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Atarratze in the 80th minute of play. Osvaldo Andrea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osvaldo Andrea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Rojelio having to interfere. In the 94th minute of the match Andres Mikeldi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leopoldo Rojelio skillfully saved the ball.
