Angel Gorka didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Larligau FC's goalkeeper Dionisio Henry had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celso Cordarrell. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Irrintzi in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Pitin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 8 minutes into the game, Guido Lopes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iruya AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Larligau FC the free kick. After 8 played minutes Iruya AFC got a freekick which was hit by Guido Lopes. Larligau FC's Cecilio Betadur was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bruno Pitin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Larligau FC's Dionisio Henry got control of the ball when Guido Lopes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dionisio Henry made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celso Cordarrell in the 15th minute. Bruno Pitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Irrintzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Larligau FC's zone, Celso Cordarrell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionisio Henry came out of the goal and Celso Cordarrell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Larligau FC's Dionisio Henry got control of the ball when Esteban Domiku tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bruno Pitin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cecilio Betadur's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Cecilio Betadur notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Iruya AFC's Bruno Pitin. Bruno Pitin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Celso Cordarrell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iruya AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Celso Cordarrell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dionisio Henry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Esteban Domiku fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Henry having to interfere. Celso Cordarrell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Dionisio Henry made a huge save. 40 minutes into the match, Iruya AFC's Gaspar Bernebe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dionisio Henry narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 45 minutes, Celso Cordarrell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iruya AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Cordarrell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Larligau FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celso Cordarrell to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Larligau FC's zone, Gaspar Bernebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionisio Henry came out of the goal and Gaspar Bernebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Pitin was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Cecilio Betadur capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cecilio Betadur really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. If Cecilio Betadur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celso Cordarrell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Dionisio Henry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Celso Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celso Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvio Orti kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Gaspar Bernebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Dionisio Henry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaspar Bernebe might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dionisio Henry. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaspar Bernebe ran back to his position shaking his head. Dionisio Henry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Cordarrell in the 93rd minute of the match. Higinio Ixaka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Henry having to interfere. Celso Cordarrell struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Dionisio Henry didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iruya AFC. Larligau FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Iruya AFC's much stronger midfield.
