Spectators: 7207 (Terracing: 5407, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Agustin Naike took the kick off in the first half of the match. Faustino Abaunza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Marin in the 4th minute of the match. Faustino Abaunza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Abeijon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th match minute, Coitaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Librado to maneuver through the defense. Agustin Naike received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Isaias Baleren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Carolo Colas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Marin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Coitaco's zone, Alberto Marin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustino Abaunza came out of the goal and Alberto Marin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, Feliciano Abeijon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Faustino Abaunza. Coitaco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliciano Abeijon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Marcelo Enekoitz sped through Coitaco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Faustino Abaunza. After having played for 44 minutes, Feliciano Abeijon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tatay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliciano Abeijon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Faustino Abaunza came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Tatay's Alberto Marin. But to his dismay, Alberto Marin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After the first half Tatay were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Alberto Marin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute Feliciano Abeijon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Abaunza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alberto Marin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Feliciano Abeijon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Marin might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Faustino Abaunza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Marin ran back to his position shaking his head. When Alonzo Bermudo fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tatay's protests and gave Alonzo Bermudo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute, Alonzo Bermudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Tatay getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Marcelo Enekoitz hit a great ball. After 77 played minutes Tatay got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Bermudo. After 78 played minutes, Coitaco's Domingos Osoro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Isaias Baleren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Coitaco reached it. Jorge Erramun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isaias Baleren having to make a save. Feliciano Abeijon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ermegildo Elija kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th match minute, Tatay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardino Paul to maneuver through the defense. Coitaco's Faustino Abaunza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Abeijon in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Coitaco's goalkeeper Faustino Abaunza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Marin. Feliciano Abeijon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Tatay getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Feliciano Abeijon hit a great ball. When the match was over Tatay could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Coitaco throughout the match.
