Hermengildo Estebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Berdaitz having to interfere. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Hermengildo Estebe sped through AC Simba's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gogo Berdaitz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermengildo Estebe in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gogo Berdaitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 23 played minutes AC Simba got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Veronica. Silvio Abaunza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Gogo Berdaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hermengildo Estebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 32nd match minute, AC Simba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Veronica to maneuver through the defense. If Hermengildo Estebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Hermengildo Estebe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Titanes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Hermengildo Estebe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amadeo Gonzo to strike the kick off in the second half. Julio Inautzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florentino Salvator having to make a save. If Hermengildo Estebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hernan Fernendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Gogo Berdaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingo Demario hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 70th play minutes Hermengildo Estebe shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Gogo Berdaitz and just under the crossbar into goal. Gogo Berdaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Estebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Amadeo Gonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Florentino Salvator tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gogo Berdaitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermengildo Estebe's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Hermengildo Estebe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Titanes's supporters rose to their feet, but Hermengildo Estebe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gogo Berdaitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in AC Simba's zone, Hermengildo Estebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gogo Berdaitz came out of the goal and Hermengildo Estebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silvio Abaunza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gustavo Luar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Gogo Berdaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
