Spectators: 7202 (Terracing: 5403, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alberto Dacio started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Niceto Manuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Burzaco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Niceto Manuelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amador Duarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Jairo Constancio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amador Duarte was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Niceto Manuelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Duarte having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Jairo Constancio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Terra FC's Amador Duarte. Amador Duarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rogelio Ferrer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Libertad having to interfere. Maximino Libertad made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Gualterio Joanes sent off a good shot on target. If Rogelio Ferrer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Alberto Dacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Burzaco FC's Jairo Constancio got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Constancio to make the kick off. Jairo Constancio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Burzaco FC's Israel Botello got a free kick in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Dacio in the 60th minute of play forced Burzaco FC's goalkeeper Maximino Libertad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rogelio Ferrer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximino Libertad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Niceto Manuelo struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Amador Duarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burzaco FC. Terra FC's Amador Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Constancio in the 67th minute of play. Maximino Libertad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Dacio in the 70th minute of the match. Alberto Dacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Maximino Libertad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Terra FC's Amador Duarte got control of the ball when Niceto Manuelo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Terra FC's Rogelio Ferrer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Libertad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Terra FC's Gualterio Joanes got a free kick in the 87th minute. After 96 minutes, Uriel Silvanito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Terra FC and the Burzaco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Uriel Silvanito kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. The Burzaco FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Burzaco FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
