Spectators: 6650 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fernando Bertin kicked off to start the match. Ciro Firmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Porfiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Cabred's Adolfo Gasteiz tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Maximo Abaunza kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Patricio Porfiro notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Cabred's Ciro Firmo. Ciro Firmo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teodoro Otsoko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabricio Lore's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 25th minute, Cabred's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fernando Bertin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 28 minutes into the match, Empedrado's Fernando Bertin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ciro Firmo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ciro Firmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Bertin, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Cabred's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Bertin came free, but Ciro Firmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The attack was good, but when Fernando Bertin in the 32nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cabred's zone, Fernando Bertin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Firmo came out of the goal and Fernando Bertin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodoro Otsoko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabricio Lore in the 41st minute of the match. Felix Aimar charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Aimar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes Empedrado got a freekick which was hit by Felix Aimar. Fabricio Lore struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Teodoro Otsoko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cabred. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horacio Nevada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fabricio Lore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximo Abaunza struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Teodoro Otsoko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cabred. Fernando Bertin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ciro Firmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciro Firmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Porfiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, Horacio Nevada dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teodoro Otsoko, 1-1. The audience was convinced that Patricio Porfiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciro Firmo was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 75th minute Fernando Bertin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Firmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Fernando Bertin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maximo Abaunza was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 80th minute Fernando Bertin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Firmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fabricio Lore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Fabricio Lore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cabred's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabricio Lore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodoro Otsoko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
