Racing Club's Clodoveo Egun got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clodoveo Egun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Indar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Desiderio Madaleno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Racing Club's Desiderio Madaleno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Indar in the 32nd minute of play. Juan Iaki hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Clodoveo Egun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The wind increased when Edgardo Garcia made the kick off in the second half. Lorenzo Jakue charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Jakue the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Andres Kauldi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 55th minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. When Aquilino Indar came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the CA La Juanita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquilino Indar couldn't finish the play. Desiderio Madaleno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Geleberto in the 64th minute of the match. If Clodoveo Egun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgardo Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Andres Kauldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
