Leandro Gorbea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in DOCE MONOS's zone, Pascual Hitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Gorbea came out of the goal and Pascual Hitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lino Fernado was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Teamgeist's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Mario Cristofol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Leandro Gorbea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Elorri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Pascual Hitz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lino Fernado made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Miguel Elorri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Garikoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54 minutes, Mario Cristofol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Teamgeist and the DOCE MONOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mario Cristofol kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Teamgeist getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Lorenzo Beat hit a great ball. Justo Polo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Elorri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Garikoitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Teamgeist's Lucio Garikoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Elorri in the 60th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Mario Cristofol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Teamgeist's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Cristofol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leandro Gorbea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67thth minute of the game Lino Fernado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DOCE MONOS's Leandro Gorbea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 71 played minutes DOCE MONOS got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Bazil. 74 minutes into the game, Lino Fernado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Leandro Gorbea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Justo Polo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lorenzo Beat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Fernado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Gorbea having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Teamgeist had played much better football throughout.
