Spectators: 7358 (Terracing: 5519, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 147) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nereo Tallia took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Caucete's zone, Romulo Maiorga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santiago Hulberto came out of the goal and Romulo Maiorga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robustiano Espiridion struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Santiago Hulberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kraken FC. 13 minutes into the match, Caucete's goalkeeper Santiago Hulberto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vasile Drogoreanu. In the 19th minute, Vali Aanicăi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the game, Robustiano Espiridion cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Santiago Hulberto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute, Kraken FC's Urbano Naike ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santiago Hulberto. Santiago Hulberto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Jorge Loiola's late challenge caught a Kraken FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Loiola helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Caucete's Jorge Loiola got a free kick in the 30th minute. Vasile Drogoreanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santiago Hulberto having to make a save. Caucete's Santiago Hulberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Naike in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Romulo Maiorga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Santiago Hulberto. The goal made the score 5-0. In the 40th minute Urbano Naike shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Hulberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Romulo Maiorga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Urbano Naike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Kraken FC's Urbano Naike dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Urbano Naike was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Kraken FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Juan Hug hit a great ball. Santiago Hulberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Espiridion in the 56th minute of the match. After 58 minutes of play, Kraken FC's Vasile Drogoreanu made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santiago Hulberto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mario Saturnin's late challenge caught a Caucete's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Saturnin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st minute, Mario Saturnin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Gitano acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 63rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Julian Dolfos. If Urbano Naike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romulo Maiorga in the 69th minute of play forced Caucete's goalkeeper Santiago Hulberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Vasile Drogoreanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kraken FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. If Vasile Drogoreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Gitano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Loiola, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 79th minute, Robustiano Espiridion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Tallia in the 80th minute of play forced Kraken FC's goalkeeper Ivan Gitano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robustiano Espiridion kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Kraken FC's Juan Hug got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robustiano Espiridion recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 86 minutes into the game, Robustiano Espiridion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kraken FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caucete the free kick. Robustiano Espiridion kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. When Kraken FC's Urbano Naike in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caucete's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urbano Naike in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santiago Hulberto saved Caucete from getting behind. In the 93rd minute, Robustiano Espiridion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 97th minute, Romulo Maiorga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Kraken FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
