In the 6th minute Marcelo Argenis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Lehoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Diaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Banegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 played minutes Calaveras AFC got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Fidele. In the 13th minute, Prudencio Fidele got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute, Prudencio Fidele ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvaldo Lehoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Marcelo Argenis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Marcelo Argenis came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Calaveras AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelo Argenis couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 23 in the game by Prudencio Fidele from a close distance when the talented Osvaldo Lehoi managed to make a qualified save. Lavalle's players were relieved. In the 29th minute, Apolo Jesco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvaldo Lehoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Marcelo Argenis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calaveras AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Argenis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvaldo Lehoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Osvaldo Lehoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Argenis's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Marcelo Argenis did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Osvaldo Lehoi 42 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the game, Marcelo Argenis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Osvaldo Lehoi. Marcelo Argenis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0.

The wind increased when Rene Banegas made the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Argenis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Calaveras AFC's Prudencio Fidele got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvaldo Lehoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Fidele in the 60th minute of play. Calaveras AFC were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Lavalle's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcelo Argenis took the corner. Apolo Jesco hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Calaveras AFC's goalkeeper Roman Diaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salvador Herauso. In the 68th minute, Prudencio Fidele left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Calaveras AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Osvaldo Lehoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Fidele in the 77th minute of play. Prudencio Fidele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Prudencio Fidele ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvaldo Lehoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 96 minutes into the match, Prudencio Fidele had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osvaldo Lehoi. Lavalle's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prudencio Fidele was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Calaveras AFC had played much better football throughout.
