The supporters of Firestarter FC booed when Sorocayense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Kelemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 minutes of play, Sorocayense's Mauro Oso made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nunez Lizardi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nunez Lizardi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eustaquio Kelemen's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. The supporters of Firestarter FC booed when Sorocayense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Breogan didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Sorocayense's Nunez Lizardi threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eustaquio Kelemen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Igor Martxelin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Sorocayense's Eustaquio Kelemen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 43 minutes into the match, Sorocayense's Eustaquio Kelemen shot a high long ball. Firestarter FC's goalkeeper was lucky when the ball hit the right post and out. If Eustaquio Kelemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Martxelin got free with Nunez Lizardi in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eustaquio Kelemen to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Firestarter FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Cecilio Enekoitz hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Firestarter FC defense, Eustaquio Kelemen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nunez Lizardi. The Firestarter FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nunez Lizardi should have stopped the shot. Nunez Lizardi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Kelemen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nunez Lizardi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Kelemen in the 67th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Eustaquio Kelemen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sorocayense's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Kelemen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nunez Lizardi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Martxelin scored 5-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nunez Lizardi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nunez Lizardi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Kelemen in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Oso in the 83rd minute of play forced Firestarter FC's goalkeeper Nunez Lizardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Igor Martxelin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sorocayense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Martxelin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eustaquio Kelemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Nunez Lizardi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
