Narciso Euloxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Hermelando in the 88th minute of play. Jeronimo Normando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Narciso Euloxu made a huge save. Pampichuela were furious when Primitivo Cordera was red carded, 92 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Gorostiaga's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
