Domingos George hit a great ball. Daniel Lastur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raimundo Miliano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Abeitia having to interfere. The supporters of Campichuelo booed when Restelli FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos George didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Raimundo Miliano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgilio Abeitia was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 12th match minute, Restelli FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos George to maneuver through the defense. When Campichuelo's Raimundo Miliano in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Restelli FC's goalie prevented a goal. Raimundo Miliano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Virgilio Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Nestor Ourente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Restelli FC's zone, Raimundo Miliano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgilio Abeitia came out of the goal and Raimundo Miliano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Restelli FC's Virgilio Abeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Monte in the 28th minute of play. Virgilio Abeitia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Miliano in the 30th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Restelli FC's Nestor Ourente got a free kick in the 31st minute. Raimundo Miliano struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Virgilio Abeitia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campichuelo. Wilfredo Guerrero charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilfredo Guerrero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Raimundo Miliano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Campichuelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Miliano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Abeitia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Restelli FC's zone, Vicente Monte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgilio Abeitia came out of the goal and Vicente Monte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Campichuelo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After the first half Campichuelo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Maties made a kick off. If Raimundo Miliano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Higinio Caton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Campichuelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Higinio Caton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Abeitia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 63 played minutes Campichuelo got a freekick which was hit by Andres Sabino. Emanuel Maties recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute, Raimundo Miliano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Campichuelo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Daniel Lastur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Raimundo Miliano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Virgilio Abeitia, passed just outside the right post. When Jeronimo Gizon fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Restelli FC's protests and gave Jeronimo Gizon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th match minute, Restelli FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Gizon to maneuver through the defense. Raimundo Miliano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Virgilio Abeitia came out and tried to block the shot, but Raimundo Miliano slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 75th minute. If Raimundo Miliano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Higinio Fernanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Virgilio Abeitia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Miliano in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Isak Ahlstedt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Virgilio Abeitia. Isak Ahlstedt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Raimundo Miliano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute, Higinio Caton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Raimundo Miliano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Campichuelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Miliano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Campichuelo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
