After some careless play in the Holmberg defense, Celedonio Gamus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaudencio Orlondo. The Holmberg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaudencio Orlondo should have stopped the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Francisco Henry had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaudencio Orlondo. Holmberg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Henry was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 20 minutes into the match, Holmberg's goalkeeper Gaudencio Orlondo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celedonio Gamus. In the 21st minute, Filomeno Ruisko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Abalos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ezequiel Pelayo. Fußball-Club Krake's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 24th minute, Dante Abalos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute, David Loco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, Fußball-Club Krake's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Oier came free, but Ezequiel Pelayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Francisco Henry fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fußball-Club Krake's protests and gave Francisco Henry a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Henry in the 33rd minute of play forced Holmberg's goalkeeper Gaudencio Orlondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arturo Medina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Pelayo having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arturo Medina in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ezequiel Pelayo saved Fußball-Club Krake from getting behind. In the 39th minute, Fußball-Club Krake's David Loco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. In the 44th minute Cristo Txerran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Orlondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raimundo Hernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ezequiel Pelayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arturo Medina was the one to do the kick off. Gaudencio Orlondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Gamus in the 55th minute of the match. Ezequiel Pelayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Gomesano in the 56th minute. Holmberg's Gaudencio Orlondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Henry in the 66th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Celedonio Gamus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaudencio Orlondo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Dante Abalos kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Gamus in the 93rd minute of play forced Holmberg's goalkeeper Gaudencio Orlondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
