The audience was convinced that Patricio Marques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Astor Handi was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Tobias Gaxan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Astor Handi having to make a save. With a little luck, Brown de Adrogue's Astor Handi got control of the ball when Tobias Gaxan tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Ildefonso Bernaldo fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brown de Adrogue's protests and gave Ildefonso Bernaldo a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Brown de Adrogue got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Bernaldo. Tobias Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Handi having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Humberto Lartaun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tobias Gaxans short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Astor Handi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roman Liberto was the one to do the kick off. Tobias Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Handi having to interfere. After 65 minutes Brown de Adrogue's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Claudio Tapia who took care of the corner kick. Claudio Tapia made a great header on Vipos's corner, it was just that Brown de Adrogue's Astor Handi managed to reach the ball for a save. A hard shot 74 in the game by Hermengildo Efraim from a close distance when the talented Rodolfo Arruabarrena managed to make a qualified save. Vipos's players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tobias Gaxan in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Astor Handi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Vipos's Patricio Marques in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brown de Adrogue's goalie prevented a goal. In the 86th minute, Humberto Lartaun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute Patricio Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Handi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
