Nintendo FC's Luisito Elia got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th match minute, Nintendo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Truylos to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Itzaina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erasmo Lop having to make a save. Jonas Itzaina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Erasmo Lop tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Jonas Itzaina sped through Nintendo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erasmo Lop. In the 29thth minute of the game Jonas Itzaina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nintendo FC's Erasmo Lop was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st minute Lorenzo Bortzaioriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Lop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Union FC's Antonio Efren got control of the ball when Luisito Elia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erasmo Lop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Itzaina in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Jonas Itzaina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Erasmo Lop was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Jonas Itzaina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erasmo Lop was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Itzaina in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erasmo Lop prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 46 played minutes Union FC got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Jorrin. The Nintendo FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Union FC were winning 0-3.

Antonio Efren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Elia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Itzaina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Erasmo Lop made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Jonas Itzaina put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Erasmo Lop. The referee gave Nintendo FC a penalty, 67 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jose Mambru, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Union FC's Antonio Efren. 1-4. After some careless play in the Nintendo FC defense, Jonas Itzaina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erasmo Lop. The Nintendo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erasmo Lop should have stopped the shot. Antonio Efren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Dantel, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Jonas Itzaina put it in 1-6 from a short distance just to the right of Erasmo Lop. Lorenzo Bortzaioriz might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erasmo Lop. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lorenzo Bortzaioriz ran back to his position shaking his head. 90 minutes into the match, Nintendo FC's goalkeeper Erasmo Lop had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Itzaina. When the final whistle sounded Union FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nintendo FC.
