The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Efrain Dantel made the kick off in the second half. Anastasio Lixandro kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erasmo Lop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Mederi in the 96th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
