Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ezequiel Etxepare started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute, Domingos Mendiko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gervasio Ibon, 8 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Anibal Meder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Cerilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Etxepare in the 12th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Ezequiel Etxepare reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustavo Cerilo. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 20th minute, Ezequiel Etxepare left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ibáñez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. C. A. 25 De Septiembre's Gustavo Cerilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Etxepare in the 24th minute of play. Daniel Lain struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Leandro Menendo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. 25 De Septiembre. Braulio Chuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Cerilo having to interfere. Braulio Chuan in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gustavo Cerilo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gustavo Cerilo made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Braulio Chuan sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the match, C. A. 25 De Septiembre's goalkeeper Gustavo Cerilo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Etxepare. In the 40th minute Braulio Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Cerilo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Daniel Lain made a precise shot to the right of Leandro Menendo. Ibáñez's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After 45 minutes of play, Ibáñez's Braulio Chuan made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustavo Cerilo was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The supporters of Ibáñez booed when C. A. 25 De Septiembre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Lain didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52nd minute, Domingos Mendiko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, C. A. 25 De Septiembre's Damaso Sabino got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute, Braulio Chuan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ibáñez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. In the 58th minute Dalmacio Dalmau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Cerilo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ezequiel Etxepare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Gustavo Cerilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Ezequiel Etxepare managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ibáñez's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Etxepare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Cerilo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ibáñez's Leandro Menendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Lluis in the 73rd minute of play. If Braulio Chuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Cerilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Etxepare, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Maximo Lluis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Ibáñez's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Lluis came free, but Leandro Menendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
