In the 13th minute Cleto Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Veronica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleto Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Modesto Veronica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquilino Mark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Modesto Veronica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Mark in the 35th minute of play. Aquilino Mark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Martino to make the kick off. Aquilino Baudelio took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorio Tanio. Victorio Tanio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Institucion Sarmiento's Edgard Marquez got a free kick in the 56th minute. Tomas Martino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Martino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victorio Tanio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Martino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Feliciano Normando fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Whitesnake F.C's protests and gave Feliciano Normando a yellow card for diving instead. Feliciano Normando hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Whitesnake F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
