Spectators: 7088 (Terracing: 5463, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Norberto Fonso started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, CA MATIENZO's Ricardo Kemen got control of the ball when Norberto Fonso tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the CA MATIENZO defense, Norberto Fonso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Kemen. The CA MATIENZO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Kemen should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes in the game, Florencio Indartsu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ricardo Kemen having to interfere. With a little luck, CA MATIENZO's Ricardo Kemen got control of the ball when Norberto Fonso tried to sneak it across the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Marayes's Norberto Fonso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Kemen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, CA MATIENZO's Gavino Domingues got a free kick in the 25th minute. Ricardo Kemen made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Norberto Fonso sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Ricardo Kemen managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Marayes's Norberto Fonso fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 33rd minute, Damian Pedroso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th match minute, Marayes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Llin to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flavio Amato during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teo Peruanton made a kick off. After a rather tough play, CA MATIENZO's Filiberto Teodor got a free kick in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the game, Marayes's Norberto Fonso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Kemen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The throw-in from Salvador Remigio in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Marayes's Damian Pedroso. In the 61st minute Norberto Fonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Kemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marayes's Florencio Indartsu got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Norberto Fonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 69 played minutes CA MATIENZO got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Teodor. The audience was convinced that Florencio Indartsu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ricardo Kemen was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Ricardo Kemen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Indartsu in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Felipe Duardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Florencio Indartsu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ricardo Kemen was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 84th minute, Norberto Fonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 91 minutes, Norberto Fonso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marayes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Fonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Indartsu in the 93rd minute of play forced CA MATIENZO's goalkeeper Ricardo Kemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Marayes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
