Nestor Cordarrel struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Melquiades Bero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ballester Crows. Gaspar Jordy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Bero having to interfere. Hipolito Garin hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Basilio Manuelo kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Edelmiro Cresitobalo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 10th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Melquiades Bero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Jordy in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Ballester Crows's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Paz came free, but Anselmo Balasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Cordarrel in the 15th minute of play forced Jarillito's goalkeeper Melquiades Bero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nestor Cordarrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 minutes Jarillito's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edelmiro Cresitobalo who took care of the corner kick. Jarillito's Francisco Leoncio got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elias Paz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Gaspar Jordy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaspar Jordy might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Bero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaspar Jordy ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Ballester Crows's Nestor Cordarrel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melquiades Bero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Basilio Manuelo kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Gaspar Jordy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Nestor Cordarrel made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Bero. Jarillito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elias Paz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ballester Crows's Anselmo Balasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Leoncio in the 54th minute of play. Gaspar Jordy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Francisco Leoncio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anselmo Balasi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 65th minute of the match Ladislao Ezkerra sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anselmo Balasi skillfully saved the ball. After 69th play minutes Gaspar Jordy shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Melquiades Bero and just under the crossbar into goal. If Nestor Cordarrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Balasi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elias Paz went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 83rd match minute, Jarillito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Orlondo to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Leoncio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Anselmo Balasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute Nestor Cordarrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Bero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Paz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anselmo Balasi having to make a save. If Francisco Leoncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ballester Crows getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Timoteo Magdaleno hit a great ball. Despite being the better team, Ballester Crows failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
