Dario Mino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Sebastian Rivero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th match minute, Club Union Crespo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Reno to maneuver through the defense. Jimeno Tallia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Dario Mino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Los Vasquitos FC's Sebastian Rivero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dario Mino. Dario Mino yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 26th minute, Vladimiro Frasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Frasco in the 28th minute of play forced Club Union Crespo's goalkeeper Dario Mino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sebastian Rivero came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Los Vasquitos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Rivero couldn't finish the play. With his leg Dario Mino managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Los Vasquitos FC's Jimeno Tallia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Club Union Crespo's Dario Mino got control of the ball when Jimeno Tallia tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Club Union Crespo's goalkeeper Dario Mino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Rivero. Jimeno Tallia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Club Union Crespo's Dario Mino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Rivero in the 38th minute of play. Jimeno Tallia struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Dario Mino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Vasquitos FC. Dario Mino made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Jimeno Tallia sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Club Union Crespo's Damian Reno got a free kick in the 45th minute. Sebastian Rivero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Rivero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jimeno Tallia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vladimiro Frasco hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Sebastian Rivero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Mino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Club Union Crespo's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Rivero came free, but Dario Mino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Los Vasquitos FC booed when Club Union Crespo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Erlantz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Mino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jimeno Tallia's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club Union Crespo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! Dario Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Rivero in the 79th minute of play. The supporters of Los Vasquitos FC booed when Club Union Crespo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Reno didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Los Vasquitos FC's Sebastian Rivero in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Club Union Crespo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
