Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Saul Policarpio kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enzo Hermelando got free with Roque Mateus in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serafino Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Prudencio Lesardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saul Policarpio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Roque Mateus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cuyoj's zone, Saul Policarpio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Mateus came out of the goal and Saul Policarpio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Enzo Hermelando came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Bigand FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Hermelando couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute, Bigand FC's Enzo Hermelando ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roque Mateus. Roque Mateus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Vicente Foro's late challenge caught a Cuyoj's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Foro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bigand FC's Vicente Foro got a free kick in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Cuyoj's goalkeeper Roque Mateus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Hermelando. Bigand FC's Saul Policarpio got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enzo Hermelando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th match minute, Cuyoj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venancio Gitano to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Hermelando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Roque Mateus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Serafino Rivas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bigand FC's Prudencio Lesardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute Higinio Guerau suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Venancio Gitano charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Venancio Gitano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th minute, Guillermo Tebaldo made a precise shot to the right of Prudencio Lesardo. Bigand FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guillermo Tebaldo was the one to do the kick off. Roque Mateus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Hermelando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Tebaldo in the 72nd minute of play forced Bigand FC's goalkeeper Prudencio Lesardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Enzo Hermelando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bigand FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Hermelando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardino Gonsalve kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Cuyoj's Serafino Rivas got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Cuyoj supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cuyoj would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
